Havisham Class Assembly
This week, we were treated to a cross-curricular spectacular, in the form of Havisham’s Class Assembly! We were all extremely impressed by the children’s loud voices and confident singing as they led us through a musical story of their own creation. By combining two of our recent texts, the children were able to showcase all that they learnt about Paddington Bear and London alongside our current learning about the Seaside and life in Scotland. We loved all of Ms Shafia and Mr Oxenham’s props and the specially written songs – what an excellent assembly!
