Emotional Well-Being and Resilience Workshop

Thank you to all of the MANY parents who attended this week’s workshop on Emotional Well-Being and Resilience and a further thank you to Pascale Mather, our visiting Educational Psychologist, for delivering the session.

The presentation was very informative and supportive, offering tips and advice on managing anxiety, encouraging our children to face their fears, prioritising the process over the outcome and focusing on positive behaviours.

By popular demand, we will be arranging another date in the diary for a follow up session in which Pascale will share the remaining top tips which we did not have time for this time and to open the discussion out to allow you, the parents, to share strategies which have and haven’t worked well and to ask any questions you might still have.
