Tuesday saw the turn of Fezziwig Class in Year 2 to entertain the school with a stunning assembly on the theme of Robin Hood. Yet again the children were wonderful, remembering their lines to perfection, performing with confidence and a real sense of feeling. A highlight was their rendition of the song ‘I am the Sheriff’ (to the tune of Bob Marley’s ‘I Shot the Sheriff’). A massive thank you to Ms Fraser, Ms Chrysanthou, Ms Gemmell (for the lyrics to the song) and Mr Nathan (for the musical accompaniment). Also a big thank you to the parents and carers for the lovely costumes. Most of all, a huge thank you to the children for such a super assembly!
