As you may be aware, we are very lucky to have links with “Nosy Crow”, the children’s publisher which is just along the road on Lant Street. As well as having an excellent reputation for publishing some of the nation’s favourite children’s books, the publishers have also won awards for their fun interactive apps – which are based on popular traditional tales.
Tom – who is responsible for the development of these fun learning tools – recently asked if we knew of any children who might be able to supply voices for their latest “Snow White” app and, of course, we knew of plenty!
One of our Year Six pupils visited the recording studios last weekend to put his voice to the “King” role and he was delighted to receive a copy of an as yet unpublished book as a thank you!
We hope that more of our pupils will be able to work with Nosy Crow in this way in the near future and we look forward to further strengthening our links with the company!
