Wellbeing
We’re making mandalas this week! As you make your mandala, you might like to listen to relaxing music and remember to breathe calmly and deeply as you create it! You can choose to use playdough (cover with PVA glue afterwards and leave to dry out if you would like to keep your mandala) or you can do it on a circular piece of paper (click here here for a printable template). A few ideas of what you can use:
- lentils
- rice
- pasta
- beads
- dried beans
- petals
- leaves
- twigs
- pebbles
I hope you enjoy it!
