Wellbeing
We hope you had a lovely week getting into rhythms at home and establishing a feeling of calm! If you didn’t get a chance to make your rainbow of hope, perhaps this week would be a good time. This week we are making rainbow hearts. Some people are displaying rainbows in their windows to promote positivity. The ‘recipe’ can be found here . Here is a video of the result. You could even use your lovely rainbow paper to cut out shapes to stick on a card to send an encouraging message to your family and friends.
Cooking together can be fun and this week we have a very simple coconut biscuit recipe if you’d like to have a go! Watch Miss Zandbergs mix all the ingredients together!
