Welcome to another week of virtual school Year 3! We loved the photos and drawings you sent in of birds (and bird eggs) you have spotted and hope you enjoy seeing them this morning too!

This week in English, you are going to make up your own legend based on the King Arthur stories and tell it through a comic strip! Today, we will be revising the themes and characters from the King Arthur stories to inspire you as you plan out a timeline of your legend. Ms Jacobs will also read you the next legend of King Arthur, in which Sir Lancelot goes on a grail quest. Click here for the lesson video.

Hello year 3 and welcome back to Wednesday Wildlife watch. We are celebrating all your wildlife pictures today. We have had a great response. Keep sending them in!!

Last week’s answer to the riddle: If an electric train is travelling south, which way is the smoke going? (This fits in with your science unit). Answer: There is no smoke, it is an electric train. We had many of you who sent in your answers. Well Done!!

Don’t forget to have a go at solving today’s riddle in the middle of the week: what goes up when the rain comes down?
