Maths is chapter 13 – lesson 9 and for the afternoon you can work on science lesson 5, and a wonderful music lesson to round off the afternoon. If you have any measuring equipment at home (tape measures ruler, stop watch, scales) get those ready as they will come in very handy in today’s lesson. Oh and don’t forget to pur on your scientific hat and lab coat.

Hi Year 5! It’s Friday and congratulations on another fantastic virtual school week either at school or at home. Fun fact – on July 1st it was Canada day. Since Ms. Fraser is Canadian she wanted to share a little bit about Canada day. Have you heard of poutine? Mr. Huxley has and he claims it’s his favourite way to eat hot chips!
