Welcome back to your final term at Charles Dickens, year 6! We hope you had a restful half term.

The end of term is approaching and soon it will be time to say farewell to you all.

Traditionally at Charles Dickens, you each receive a leavers’ hoodie which is yours to keep.

The cost of this hoodie is £15.00. Please follow the link on Parent Pay to make your payment. The deadline for this payment is Friday 19th June 2020. This hoodie serves as a treasured memento of your time at Charles Dickens School.

Welcome to Wednesday. Mr Windle continues to languish in his shed; the minotaur continues to hunt him with a relentless fervour, but don’t let that worry you. You need to focus on your English, maths, grammar and art today. Plus your time capsule.

Our new class book is all about someone who is extremely tall, has excellent hearing and who loves sneaking around during the witching hour with a mysterious suitcase. Who could it be?! (Mr Bakas? Mr Cannock? Ms Fareeda?!)

Happy Friday! You have made it to the end of another week here at our virtual school, the weekend is almost here!

Get ready for a jam packed day of learning. We’d like to you complete your English, maths, RE, SRE and wellbeing. There is still time to complete your Time Capsule Project too.

Well done and thank you to Ethan who has sent through a possible logo design for your leavers’ hoodies. You have until the 18th June to send these designs in, so perhaps you can have a think about your logo over the weekend.
