Disordered Eating

The school is experienced in supporting children to recover from disordered eating, alongside the specialist care of health professionals.

If your child suffers from any type of disordered eating, Ms Mesmain and Mr Hunt will provide personal support through mentoring and being a trusted adult to whom your child can talk without fear of judgement and criticism.

The school kitchen will do it’s very best to follow all recommended meal plans and times and the school is flexible about families providing meals and snacks from home to support weight management.

Children with disordered eating will be encouraged to join our ELSA groups.

Please contact Mrs Mesain via the school office or your child’s teacher if you would like support.
