Ballerinas and Musicians

This week has seen a showcase of talent and pure enjoyment of the arts.
Yesterday the school and parents watched all our pupils who receive music lessons perform in our Winter Music concert. Highlights included great perseverance shown by Edwin in conquering a tricky piece on his trumpet despite initial struggles and watching our very young violinists aged 4 and 5 perform for the very first time.

The confidence and skill demonstrated by our young musicians is a result of great lessons but also the commitment and hard work of these children and their families. We hope you felt really proud!

Today was the ballet ‘show’. All our little ballerinas pointed toes, skipped, pirouetted and twirled for an enchanted audience of parents and staff. All the children clearly loved the sense of occasion and we hoped parents enjoyed seeing their ballerinas as much as we did.
