Congratulations to our fantastic Stars and Friends of the Week. The Stars of the Week were chosen for a variety of reasons including their effort in class, fabulous writing and problem solving in Maths.

Well done to all the children who have been chosen to have lunch on the ‘Top Table’ this Friday. Mrs Buchanan is very excited about having lunch with you all!

This week, certificates were given to our ‘Superhero Runners!’ These children took part in a sponsored race to raise money for ‘Children in Need’. The children had to run one mile and take part in relay races and netball matches! Well done to you all.

Finally, congratulations to Peggotty Class who have won the ‘Lining Up Cup’ this week. You have been awarded this for always lining up quietly and sensibly.

Well done to all our Stars of the Week this week.  This week, Stars of the Week certificates were given out for a range of reasons including excellent performance skills in assembly and showing strength of character after an accident.  As ever, our Friends of the Week were awarded for kindness in the playground and our Top Table winners can’t wait to sit on the Top Table on Friday!  Congratulations to all our winners!

Well done to all our stars and friends of the week! You have worked very hard and this week you have impressed your teachers. Children received the award for many reasons including science investigation skills and work on fractions. Well done to our friend of the week who has been very kind to others on the playground.

Congratulations to our fantastic Stars of the Week! This week, the children were celebrated for lots of different reasons including fabulous home learning, excellent listening skills and teamwork. Well done to our Friends of the Week, who have been excellent role models at playtimes showing kindness towards others. Also, well done to the children chosen to sit at the ‘Top Table’ on Friday with Mrs Buchanan and Ms Metcalfe. You have consistently shown excellent manners in the dinner hall.

This week, the lining up cup goes to …Micawber Class. Congratulations for demonstrating how brilliant you are at lining up and walking sensibly around the school.

Finally, a very big well done to the Lions this week who had collected the most house points.

Well done to all our wonderful Stars of the Week this week! It was fantastic to hear that so many of you have been putting in 100% effort during learning time. Our Friends of the Week were also celebrated for the extra kindness that they have shown during playtimes. All the children were also excited to learn about who had been chosen to sit at the Top Table on Friday! Well done to the people who were chosen. You have been demonstrating excellent behaviour in the dinner hall by remembering your manners and eating up all your food. This week the lining up award goes to Pickwick Class! Well done Pickwick Class for showing the rest of the class how fantastic you are at lining up and walking sensibly around the school. Finally our gardeners have won an award! They were given rosettes for the hard work and effort they have put into taking care of the garden. They have helped to grow many different types of fruits, vegetables and flowers. The garden is looking great. Well done!

Congratulations to our children chosen to join Mrs. Buchanan and Ms. Metcalfe on the ‘Top Table’ this Friday lunchtime. The children were chosen for their lunchtime manners by both adults serving food and supervising the lunch hall.

Finally, well done to the children in Chuzzlewit Class. They are the first class to win the ‘Lining-up Cup’! Each day, classes are given ‘lining-up’ cards at the end of playtime (for lining-up quietly and sensibly). The class who has the most cards at the end of the week will be the proud owners of the cup for that week!
