Teaching Assistant Required – 1 year contract, September start.
We are looking for two teaching assistants.
This 1 year position would suit either enthusiastic graduates focused on becoming primary teachers in the near future or experienced teaching assistants.
For graduates, this would be a perfect position ahead of teacher training in September 2013– PGCE/GTP/SCITT.
This is a one year contract supporting the class teacher and working with all pupils to support learning. The roles are based in a reception class and a year ¾ class.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working with 5 -11 year olds.
- You will be calm, patient and full of energy.
- You will need to be committed to developing your teaching skills and working as part of a team.
- You will have strong written and oral English skills.
- You will have At least B grades at GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
