Thank you to all the parents who attended our F.R.E.D launch. FRED (Fathers Reading Every Day) is a four week project aimed at families in Reception Class to get more fathers and father figures (granddads, uncles, step dads, big brothers etc) involved in reading with their children. We know that the more people who show children it is fun to read and who show an interest in children reading then the better the child becomes at reading.
