Bumble Class treated us to an assembly packed full of creativity, humour and learning. As we followed the story of Rabumble to her lonely tower, we were treated to an insight into Bumble Class’ cross curricular topic. Adverts for towers and shampoo were read out for the audience (and uplevelled by a prince) whilst a scientist’s insights saw the witches choose a waterproof roof for themselves and one made of paper for Rabumble! In the finale we saw a picture come to life as a dinosaur chased off the witches. Throughout there were songs to popular tunes, rhymes to help with learning and castle vocabulary including garderobe (the correct word for a toilet in a castle). Thank you to the children and adults for such an entertaining assembly.
