Rehearsals will soon begin for the 2015 Shakespeare Schools’ Festival and, this year, a selection of pupils will be performing Hamlet. We are lucky to have so many talented pupils in the school who live near to many wonderful theatres, including Shakespeare’s Globe. The Globe run a youth theatre for children aged between 10 and 18. Although it is not free, bursaries are available for some children. Children will need to pass an audition to get in but, if they are accepted, they will be able to extend their love of Shakespeare in an amazing setting!
