Clubs

We currently offer a range of the following clubs which take place at the end of the school day.

Most of the clubs are free of charge and run by class teachers, however a few clubs are run by external professionals and incur a small fee which can be paid in advance via ParentPay. All clubs are allocated at the start of each term – we aim to give every child a club of their choice. We ask children to nominate 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices and do our best to ensure children get their 1st choice as often as possible (although this is not always possible, of course!).

As well as clubs, we offer a suite of individual and group music lessons. These all incur a charge which can be paid for on ParentPay.

Below is a list of some of the clubs we have offered and continue to offer in most cases (this list is subject to change each term):

Music Clubs and Lessons

  • Violin (group and individual lessons)
  • Keyboard (group and individual lessons )
  • Trumpet (individual lessons )
  • Ukulele Club (Year 3 +) )
  • Guitar (Group and individual lessons)
  • Choir groups (Years 5/6 and Years 3/4, by audition)

Domino racing

In this club children work together to build elaborate domino racing set ups (and enjoy the excitement of releasing them at the end of the session). Great for developing patience, fine motor skills and team work.
